Being overweight means you weigh more than is good for your health. So, it’s a favour to yourself to lose weight (fat) in a responsible way in order to minimize risks of (chronic) health problems, like cardio vascular disease, high blood pressure or diabetes type II. The Corona crisis goes to show it pays to take good care of yourself and stay fit.

I don’t work with diets that will leave you hungry, grumpy and longing for a ‘cheat day’. Nor is it a calorie-controlled programme. My aim is to revamp your eating habits and show you that maintaining weight through a healthy life style can be delicious and filling and leave you full of energy too!

Our services are individually tailored and take into account health factors, religion, food preferences, amenities and anything else that affects your diet, to empower you to make big changes to your health and physique..

Together we’ll figure out why you have become overweight and figure out what your potential pitfalls are. But most of all how to avoid these pitfalls.

It’s not only about what you eat, but also why you eat, when and how you eat. It’s about positive coaching and providing you with the tools you need to not only make the right choices now but always.

Work outs and healthy food

Healthy food and weight loss go hand in hand with increasing activity levels. So, Food-Impact in collaboration with Fysiofit Den Haag,offers the weight loss program “Gewicht & Gezondheid’, a 12 week plan in which you will be coached by a physiotherapist/personal trainer and a BGN-certified nutritionist.

The programme

The programme consists of:

– 2 1-hour training sessions a week, focussed on both fat burning and strength.

– Intake session Food-Impact (1 hour), written and personal dietary advise + 11 half hour consultations.
